Hello,
how do i use phone in gta4 i can get the phone but it says multiplayer how do i use phone when not in miultiplayr mode.

hi,

the phone can only be used in the Multiplayer mode.

if you are in single player mode, you will not be able to use it.

No you can use it in single player mode, it's actually quite essential to the missions
