How to conect 2systems to router of type1 mod

Hi,

I am unable to connect my desktop and pc at a time using bsnl type1 modem with linksys router.i am using win xp in my desktop and vistahome in laptop.Only one connection is working at a time.It is showing error 691 and then error 31 for the next connection .can any one please help me how to configure both the systems at a time to use them.

two different system can't linkup ,when i play WARCRAFT 3 .solve the problem use some software forming the corridor.
