Take an ethernet cord, and open a browser.
99% of the time, if you type in 192.168.0.1 you will be presented with a login. Now it is up to you to log in!

Hi Cyborgz123,
Before you can access into the router setting web page, try to make sure your PC are connected with your router using LAN wired cable or WiFi.
Find out your default gateway IP Address are correct 192.168.1.1
Find your default username and password On your routers support page!
