how to create a free website minimum of 200 mb and it also support to upload all kinds of file like .exe file and pdf files.

i not agree, there is other free web hosting providers more good than this one.. plus for a free website templates that you can use and edit check out :

A very good way to create an own free website is to use https://www.hpage.com/
Once you have registered, you can either choose between more than 300 design templates or, if you are an advanced user with some knowledge of Html and CSS, create your own design. The registration process takes only about two minutes. All you need is a valid email-address.
