thats right , what he said, if you got for exemple 5 people in your familie ( on same nettwork) that sits on youtube watching videoes , some videoes dosn't make your nett go slow , and your trying to play counter-strike , then you will have shit lots of problems to play it without lag , but i think you kan have like 400 kb/s , i'm not sure , but if your going to download a game or movie or whatever prittyfast , then make sure your familie aint sitting watching steammovies.
