Hello,

I have an HP Enhanced Multimedia Wireless Keyboard & Mouse which does not seem to respond at all or even show up on the infrared device. I put in the batteries for each device, the infrared unit is a USB connection and obtians it's own power from the PC. Neither the keyboard or mouse respond and no lights flash or turn on the infrared unit.
Do you think my infrared receiver could be the problem?
Do you think I may have the wroing drivers?
Would this have anything to with my BIOS?

Hello,
I thinks that it is a driver problem try to boot your Pc with the connected mouse and keyboard and also re-uinstall and re-install the drivers.

Also check whether you install the correct driver as per OS.
