PC not boot

Hello ,
I have problem with my PC is that Monitor green light on ,processfan fan on ,Harddisk and processer both are heat up but beep is not comming and not BIOS screen comes.............
Please Help me..............

Hello sir,

I just think that the cable connecting to your monitor is faulty!

OR

There is a problem with your graphic card! I will advise to try connecting another computer to your monitor to test if this is the real problem
