The Windows Registry has an entry that was left behind when you uninstalled some software. You can fix it by using a free program called CCleaner.
Go on google and type in CCleaner install the free version and run it. click on registry on the left pane then scan for issues you will have a load of issues being detected. click ‘fix selected issues’. restart your computer and your problem should be fixed.
Good Luck
