I was in here looking for help a while ago on how to make my own custom websites like I see on those pay template sites. Found a place to show me how to make them with Paint Shop Pro and Dreamweaver Tutorials, and it was excellent so figured I'd share it. http://www.michelespaintshop.com/mp_tutorials_index.php


Also, does anyone know if there is a good CSS program that can help me build collections of colors and styles?
