Problem in lapi

Hello,
i m tryng 2 start ma lapi but its not getng started.i thnk its also not getng charged coz when m connectng he charger the light showing the charging of the lapi s also not glowing.
plz help me out of ths thng.

hi,

it may be that the laptop is out of charge and since it is not charging, it will not turn on.

get the charger replaced and charge the laptop.

then switch it on.
