Installation Errors

Hello,
my problem is that i cant install my webcam. Whenever i plug it in, it says that it has Found New Hardware, but keeps coming up with errors. It always says Windows could not load the installer for Image.Then it says that windows couldnt find driver software for device,so i browse for it myself, and then it says Windows could not install your unknown device.

Please Help

hi,

you need to install the driver.

it is found in the CD you got when you bought the webcam.

install it and your problem will be solved.

if you do not have it, post the make and model and we will send you a link to download the driver.
