I Would Like some Assistance Closed

Heyy im desperate for help,
i have a motorola V3 and i have the USB cord only.
and i can't connect to the internet on my mobile
so can you please show me the software or show me yourself
on what i could do to be able to get my pictures,videos etc. on the computer
