Hello,
I'm running an HP with Vista. The computer started to freeze up after a couple months of owning it. I can start it up normally no problem but within 5 mins it will freeze no matter what I'm doing. I had it set back to factory settings and in a couple months it started to do it again. Please help!

hi,

this may be a driver issue.

since you recently bought it, contact the shop from where you bought it and then they will repair it for you.
