China phone n95 cant upload photos on pc

Hello,
i have this n95 phone made in china,my problems are: everytime i connect the usb to the pc all of my files are gone and i need to reformat it. secondly. when i connect the usb again i cannot see all the photos i have in the album. why? pls help me..
