Hello,

I want to know how data can be stored on a different sheet apart from the data entry sheet (excel)
which doesnot allow editions

hi there,

if you dont want your documents to be edited

put a password for viewing and other for modifying

while saving your document click on tools 

general option  

You can type a password in Password to open or Password to modify.

or download a pdf converter and put a password

You can use google documents and give a restricted access to only the persons of your choice.
