RAM is hardware which is physically in your computer.
to get to 2.5GB of RAM from 2GB you will need to get 512MB RAM. but you will need to find out what type of RAM it is (SDRAM, DDR, DDR2, DDR3)
So no,
you cannot get free RAM from a website.

XP - Service Pack 3
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz, AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
memory: 1.5GB, 16GB Free Hard Drive Space
Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 / 256MB ATI X1900
ram is a hardware and you must purchase it to upgrade

Thanks for the help, i have a graphics card that has 512MB DDR2 does that count or not can you tell me please wether that shall work for it or does it have to to be on the actually computer if you kno what i mean not on the graphics card im not really a computer whizz at these things also could you tell me whether or not gta 4 will work with a 2.0GB ram 0r a 2.5 GB like i said before please.

it depends on the requirements of the game.
a decent CPU speed would help.
RAM is what u plug into the motherboard. the 512MB on ur card will also help performance.
bung the game in, give it a try.
