Enable downloading manager in IE8

Hello,
I am using IE8. Earlier I used mozilla firefox and downloaded through a download manager, but now i can't. Not only download manager but even cannot download videos through real player 11 gold......
please help.

go to download manager,,

options

integrate in browsers

select desired browser

restart browser

free Hi, download manager does not have that option to set default brower, or add to browser.
