Install all drivers but sound not come

Hello,

I am using XP version in that all drivers including the Audio, i am not using any speakers but using earphone.
last week somebody format the c prompt and install all drivers but sound not come from the earphone please tell how to solve the problem?

hi there,

make a system restore to that date

follow these steps:



Press Start,

All Programs,

Accessories, System Tools

System Restore Open it

and then select a date when you got sound

then press next Let the process to be done Restart your machine normally
