Hello,
my brother have pc old windows xp version 2 days ago some virusu in pc and pc stopped working at all.i tried put in new windows installion disk but doe not happened what can i do ?how can i installe new windows ? please help me

You might not have to reinstall windows. if you do so you may lose all of your data. perhaps try www.fixedlikemagic.com and see if they can help.

if you can get into windows and have web access they should be able to help you
