my mp4 player touch froze up & i dont know how to unfreeze it

Whjat i do with mine is keep it on and let the battery die,then put it to charge, then it should work.

Hye,

Just try to remove the battery and put it back this will solve the problem

just hold the power button for ten seconds, it will turn off and then just it back on
