Hello,

I'm trying to install add-ons on this one but i can't, what can the problem be ?

Dear Sir,

you will have to download add-ons for thunderbird here:

https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/

If you are unable to use the add-ons, just re-install thunderbird
