cant activate Outlook on hp 6735s AMD sempron Closed

Hello,

just acquired hp 6735s AMD sempron but cannot activate outlook using my company LAN.

what are the likely causes and what do i need to do to resolve this. The system is runing on Window VISTA home basic.
