Windows 32 error giggerpo

Hello,
When I open my laptop a warning screen pops up saying windows 32 giggergo error. I close the box and it allows me to go online, but system is running very slow.
Also every couple of min. I get a pop-up low disk space, but cleanup and defrag say I do not have enough free space to do anything. I have removed everything I can to flash drive.
Assistance appreciated.

I will advise you using ccleaner to fix all the errors you are getting,
