       my bsnl dial up conection is very slow speed and my laptop (compaq, c 797, ram 3 gb, hdds 180gb. speed 2g/hz) when i conect to internet my pc many many time hang, what is problem if any softwear is avalable so please give me reply.

Hello Sir,

I think that your computer is infected, I will advise you to scan the whole system using your antivirus and antispyware.

And yes if you don't know it's very important to update your Windows System regularly
