Webcam Gone wierd

Hello,

My webcam has gone all wierd like someone has put all there sticky hands off all over it and now it has just gone wierd.

Ive restarted my webcam serval times and i have also tried wiping it aswell but it has only changed a little bit

If have also tried changing the setting and it just went worse.

Please help

Might try cleaning the lense!
