Restart on shutdown command Closed

Question

Hello,
My computer is behaving absurd. Everytime I give the shutdown command, it restarts itself. It started happening all of sudden. I didn't even install any new software

Hye Sir,

This is due to some infections

1. You will have to restore your system to an earlier date, 

2. Then update all System, Windows update in Control Panel, 

3. Also update your antivirus and scan the whole system

To do System Restore: Press F8 when the Computer starts after bios check, then select Safe Mode, 
 1.Click Start.
 2.Point to All Programs.
 3.Point to Accessories.
 4.Point to System Tools.
 5.Click System Restore.
 Choose a date when your computer was working fine, then press Next Let the process to be done then the computer will restart normally.

Sir, 

I didn't install any new software. In spite of that I have done system restore but it is again getting shut down.

Kindly suggest what should I do
