Hello,
I have a motorola wireless modem/router from Verizon connected to a PC running Vista via an ethernet connection. I have a Cannon printer connected to this PC via a USB connection. I also have a laptop connecting to the modem/router via a wireless connection. Is there a way for the laptop to access files on the PC via the router/modem? Is there a way for the laptop to print to the Cannon printer via the router/modem and thru the PC?

Thanks

hi there,

you need to install a print server

from there you will be able to print from any PC on the network

Thanks

So would a Net Gear WGPS606 be the right thing to do this? From what I can tell from the website I would then plug the ethernet on my desktop into the Net Gear router along with the USB connection to the Printer?
