My pc requires gta 4 but it runs to slow i ca

Hello,
i Have windows vista home premium
Processor: 2.0 Dual Core
Ram Memory: 4 GB
Graphic: 2 Gb mobile intel(R) 4 series express chipset family

And my gta 4 runs too slow and i also cant change display settings. If anyone knows where is my problem please send at this add: haris_henry@hotmail.com

But i dont have to change my processor because gta 4 need 1.8 dual core and i have 2.0 dual core.
And about GPU i dont know whats that.

Your config is not good enough to run gta... you have to change your GPU Card and your processor
