I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!! vista problem!!!! Closed

Hello,

I am Seamus. And I have a problem.....ALL  MY PROGRAMS IN THE "All Programs" Menu in "Start" on Vista I accidently deleted ALL the stuff & then emptied it because there were 2 copys of "All Programs" so I thought I only needed 1 then I just realized I deleted BOTH!!!!! PLEASE HELP WITHIN 1 WEEK OR MY MOM WILL RIP MY BONES FROM MY FLESH....or my flesh of my bones....I dont know. PLEASE HURRY!!!!!

You can do a Windows restore to a date/time before you made the changes.

Will I lose all my data? This is my Mothers Laptop, Not mine. If any data gets lost and she finds out she will go through the roof! & I WOULDNT WANT THE ROOF TO GET BROKEN, OR MY LEG!!!!!!
