My crapy phone

Hi,my phone has being playing up lately it is a sony ericsson k800i i cant hear it when i play music/call people/ or even press keysi made shure i hadnt put my phone acciendently on silent mode please get back to me soon, michael e-mail michaelsnakeeyes@hotmail.co.uk

hi there,

reset all settings only

do not reset to factory it will be empty the phone and software

just like formatting

its two different thing be careful
