Erasing passwords

Hello,
I got a dell xp pro computer.I don't know the password and I tried to put Administrator but it didn't work,it said it was blocked.I went to the setup menu.I tried to change the password but couldn't I needed to put a password on to unlocked setup menu.The thing is I don't know any passwords.
Can anyone help me?
Or tell me how to erase everything without logging in to my system or computer.Cause I can't log in.
P.S. I don't know any of the passwords,and all the passwords have been locked.I can't change them without any passwords but I don't know any.
Please help me.!!!!!

I am sorry for you,
It's better you format the computer and re-install a fresh windows,
Please contact a tech or you can try doing this by yourself,
