Hello,
   sir i have a bsnl broadband plan 750 home ul and i want to connect two pc's with adsl modem . one with ethernet and another one with usb . please send me correct configuration for connection annd how i can access fast internet.

kindly please solve my problem.

You wont be able to do this,

I will advise you to use a router, 

Please contact your network provider for LAN settings at your place

i found out that Starcom UT300R2U is an ADSL  modem-cum-router.

To connect two pc with adsl modem ut300r2u
