Admin loss and shutdown problem

Hello,
My little brother was stuffing around with my computer and now iv lost my admin privlages and now my computer shuts down when i get into programs and parental control takes over so i can only stay on for and hour at a time please help i need to finish my uni exams and things, anyone know how to help me??

hi there,

when booting before entering your login password

press ctrl alt del X 2

administrator user name

password press enter

once there go to control panel

user account and enable privileges
