Hello,
i have got a bsnl broadband connection. i have a have a broadband modem which supports 4 lan connection and also wifi. my brother is using one of the lan connection and i wish to use wifi as i use laptop. i am afraid when i switch on my wifi other users may use my connection. so can u suggest what shall i do to restrict wifi users to just one, like assign a key to my wifi,,,,,,,, thank you......

Hello sir,

What you have isn't a modem, it's a router,

You must access the router's configuration and set a WEP security key so that anyone else who has a wifi device, won't be able to access your network,

Type: 192.68.1.1 on your browser, use the router's username and password

then set the WEP key
