i just bought a harddrive and it is saying that it cant connect to my static ip address i have reset did everything in the troubleshooting thing at xbox.com can someone help me

Hey, most people cant connect right now, I am having problems, the same with yesterday... Xbox Live has just been messing up for the past few days. Hopefully Microsoft can get it back up so I can get back to my Gears of War 2 domination!
