Instagram Live streaming limit only 1 hour, not 4 hours,why?

Hello,
I have read that the limit for instagram live streaming was upgraded from 1 hour to 4 hours. My live streaming is stuck at the 1 hour limit though. Is there a reason for this?

Hi,
As new features are deployed progressively, it is possible that the update hasn't been deployed yet to your account, just make sure your app is on the latest version.
If you don't get the update after a month, try reporting the problem to Instagram from the app by going to Menu > Settings > Help > Report a Problem.
