Hello,
i need to format my Laptop by using xp, but my cd drive not working and i try to load by external dvd drive, it does not support that. if any other option to load operating system. pls help me...

can you please give more information on your laptop?

what is the os actually on the laptop>

does the cd drive work?

does it detect /boot from cd?
