i am in my home and i have a DSL internet explorer too but i cant scan 
a text is written that,'no access point was detected.do you want to try again
can you solve this problem

hi there,

you need to have a router ,

connect the router and configure it from manual book

and them try connecting the psp again

or if you already have it then enable wifi mode
