Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite and I am trying to write music on to a CD-R made by memorex. But for some reason the player wont recognize the CD. I have tried using Windows media player and Toshiba disc creator and none of them will allow me to burn a CD. I am pretty sure that I bought the correct discs to download onto. Please let me know if I have to buy a certain kind of CD-Rs or if I need to go have my disk drive checked.
I bought this laptop brand new in May, so I am pretty sure that my computer is up to date and shouldnt have a problem reading discs. Please let me know what I can do to fix my problem
