Drivers needed for toshiba porteg 3500

Hello, i hhave toshiba portege 3500 notebook pc . i have installed all the druvers but i dont know how to install my bluetooth device for my nottebook which is built into it. can me tell me where can i get drivers for it and utility to use it . there is ? icon front of a devic in device manager and it is showing "SOFTWARE MODEM" . I thinnk this is my bluetoooth modem which is not installed . i have tried by windows update but could not find any drivers or utlity . please help me
