A worm and trojan in systems 32

Hello,
I've been working on my computer for four days now trying to figure out why my roommate's user isn't working right and then I noticed the IE was running as a ghost program letting streaming radio play; my anti virus wouldn't scan so I got AVG8.5 to scan but nothing was found. I thought my hard drive was crashing, but then I heard about the systems 32 virus and got Avast! and scanned my comp and boom a Trojan and a worm in systems, but now Avast! won't delete it how do I delete both of these viruses?

This kind of viruses are Adware or evn Spyware malware.
As you have not mentioned or traced the exact name of the malware, i cant show the proper removal procedure for for that malware. (if you know the name of the virus wich has infected your pc, its easy to get removal tool or manual removal guide for that tool, so try to trace the virus and mention its name in the post each time you ask help on the forums. For Example: "Please help removing Fake Streaming Radio virus" ) but i can suggest you 2 softwares. use them, i hope one of them would remove the malware from your pc

your rights it's malware win32 trojan-gen I hope somthing can remove it.
