Please help me to download them from internet

Hello,
I had windows vista on my dell 1525 laptop which i downgraded to windows xp from a service center.
Again I am having problem in my wireless network because in the device manager my network adapter, ethernet controller and BCOM 2045 is not installed because it cannot detect driver for it. How can I get the drivers for it from internet.
Please help me to download them from internet by giving me the site address for it.
