The sample I provided didn't carry the formatting over so I'll attempt to explain in words...
If Prelim is checked in C, then refer to the # entered in column B
If In Progress is checked in D, refer to the # entered in column B
If Completed is checked in E, refer to the # entered in column B
Give me totals in C, D, E of the corresponding #'s in B
I want Column B broke out with totals based on status as entered in C, D and E.
