Cannot hear music

Hello,
i cant hear any sounds on the internet
i don't even have that little volume icon on the bottom corner
please someone give me the answer to this im am getting frustrated

the first thing i would suggest is to see if your sound card appears in device manager

if there is an error icon beside it reinstall the audio drivers

that is a couple of things i could thing of
