Songs on my mp3 does not come up on my laptop

Hi, I have a sony walkman mp3 and recently it froze and stopped working so i pressed the reset button. My mp3 started working again and all my songs are still on there and i can listen to it fine but when i plug my mp3 onto my laptop, none of my songs come up and i can't copy any songs into my mp3 either. Please help!

try reinstalling the software for your walkman on your pc
