Laptop no power no green light

Hello,
i have a Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo mobile V5535 have had no problems until today when it won't work. No green light to say power getting through. Shop has tested battery and transformer they are ok. Could it be the mother board? if so is it easy for a novice to change or something else?

its an easy repair but shops will charge you a fortune or tell you the motherboard is gone but its only a fuse.

Hi-
I agree, the fuse is the first place to look.
However, I am still unable to locate it.
The PC is fairly well disassembled and still I cannot get to the power area.
Have you seen any sketches/guides how to proceed with this model?
