Hello,
 im in russia and my dad bought me a computer but i dont no how to read or rite in russian and i played around with the comtrol panel shit and put everythin to english and nothin changedd.

Dear Sir,

All you will have to do to change the language:

	
1.	
Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.
2.	
Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.
3.	
Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.
