Windows Messager not working Closed

Hello,

I have windows messenger 4.7 with XP. I want to upgrade it. I have downloaded 7.5, and higher from sites, but not working. It says this version not compatable need higher ones. I need to video chat can't do that with 4.7.

No microsoft official website is opening in my PC. I am trying to download from microsoft website, but the page does not come, saying page not found. Please help.

I will advise you to use Windows Live Messenger 8.5, this is the version i am using and its good
