IE and firefox do not work

Hello,

When I try to connect to Ei or firefox it says that there was a loading error. I have turned the computer on and off, but it didn't work. My computer said that a file was infected, so I deleted it, but since then I have no connection. I have no idea how to install firefox into the computer, so I didn't uninstall it. I am not really good at computers.

Do you have an Anti virus program installed, if so which one.?
if not, you realy need to get one and do a full scan of your system to check if there any further infections.

as for the firefox/explorer issue.

do you have access to a computer that can connect to internet.? down load the firefox install file from firefox website. the instructions on how to install will be on that website.

Go to www.optimizereasy.com to download one and install to solve this problem.
