DVD tray dose not open

Hello,this is antara, my problem is my CD is not come out, I click the eject option but it's not working.

At the time of inserting the disc, it might happen some pushing problem of the CD tray, that's why after completing the write, when i am trying to eject the disc, it dose not come out. After choosing the eject option,the drive showing empty while the CD is still there.I also have tried to do that manually but nothing work. So Please, help me out from this problem.
